First Visit

On your initial visit, we will perform a complete oral examination and take necessary x-rays and diagnostic photographs. Occasionally, a teeth cleaning or necessary treatment can be scheduled on the same day. However, we recommend scheduling on another day to provide enough time for each treatment.  Your wishes are always our highest priority and Dr. Fong will take time to discuss with you his findings and your dental needs.

After the treatment is complete, you will have an opportunity to schedule your next visit upon check out.

Please bring the following with you on your first visit:

  • A list of medications you are presently taking (where applicable)

  • If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary card and/ or policy information.

IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18 at the consultation visit.

Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to your treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.) or require medication prior to dental cleanings (i.e antibiotics, for pre-medication.)

X-Rays

If your previous dentist has taken recent x-rays (within 6-months), or a FMX/full-mouth x-rays (within 5-years) you may request that they forward them to our office via email for digital copies or mail for hard copies.
